01 OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

* Import:

- Receiving pre-alerts from overseas, file manifests, send arrival notices to customers and releasing of Delivery Orders to customers.

- Create outbound freight file.

- Communicate with customers on import formalities – to prepare/submit paperwork for import customs clearance, duty payment [if any] and update information for cargo release to CNEE.

- Check import requirements procedure to import cargo and reply to customers,
overseas offices/agents, such as MSDS, HS code, import license (if any), etc.

- Coordinate domestic trucking/haulage to customers’ door where required.

- Update related importation law & regulations

- Fulfil Control Table sheet.

- Correspondence with other sections and our overseas partner offices.

- Prepare & Issue debit note and send to customer for confirmation and payment.

- Other jobs as per BOD’s assignments.

* Export:

- Take customers’ freight enquiries, space booking, etc.

- Coordinates customers’ freight enquiries, space booking, etc. with authorized
carrier/airlines partners.

- Create outbound freight file.

- Communicate with customers on export formalities – to prepare/submit paperwork for export customs clearance through VNACCS/VCIS, freight pickup, delivery to airline terminals/shipping line depot [if require] and update information in OB freight file and company’s system.

- OBL/HBL, MAWB/HAWB preparations and submission and / or issuance.

- Prepare & Issue debit note and send to customer for confirmation and payment.

- Assist and report to the Operations Manager.

- Any other jobs as per BOD’s assignments.
