We are urgently seeking 3 AI/ML engineers with a strong background in machine learning and computer science (or related engineering fields) who has demonstrated practical experience to conduct research & development to help us create AI products. Your primary focus will be in researching and building and evaluating state-of-the-art solutions for AI application, and work with team to deploy AI system as production.

Your main responsibilities:

Research and develop state-of-the-art solutions in the field of Machine Learning, Video Analysis, Natural Language Processing, and OCR
Build machine learning models using deep learning techniques for computer vision tasks such as semantic segmentation, object detection, video understanding, etc.
Ability to quickly research and apply research results to production code.
Improve accuracy, scalability, speed and performance of existing models.
Deploy AI application on edge computing devices (Nvidia platform).
Work with other team to build AI application on difference platform.
Research and act on existing specifications of designs and develops data pipelines consisting of data ingest, data validation, data cleaning, and data monitoring, data augmentation.
Define metric to evaluate the performance and accuracy of AI models over time and help tune our machine learning platform.

Yêu cầu công việc

MUST HAVE:

Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative field, masters/PhD strongly preferred.
Understandings of complex mathematical approaches such as differential calculus and matrix calculation, strong background in statistical machine learning.
Experience with creating and using Deep Learning/Machine Learning/Computer Vision methods (classification, regression, clustering, neural networks, exploratory data analysis and visualization, etc.)
Proficient in Python and Unix is a minimum.
Familiarity with ML tools like TensorFlow, Keras, scikit-learn, Caffe, Torch, etc.
Ability to read, understand and present the latest publications.
Strong analytic skills and a goal-oriented mind-set, critical thinking and self-study.
Communication skills - ability to relay knowledge to colleagues and discuss problems / solutions.
Intermediate English skills.

NICE TO HAVE:

Knowledge with pattern design is prefer
Additional knowledge of C++ / CUDA is a plus, experience with AWS as well.
Experience in development of Natural Language Processing is a plus.
Experience with deployment process (Django, bash shell, nginx, supervisor, crontab) is a big advantage.
Experience with SQL and Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) development in SQL is a plus.
Experience integrating image and video processing algorithms into applications.
Experience working in foreign companies based in Japan or English-speaking countries.
