03 Quality Inspectors - Mechanical IndustryHeadhunt jobs

Our client, a newly set up company, is looking for 03 Quality inspectors for
• Verifying the key tolerances and features of the part during the process and monitoring operations to ensure they meet production and quality standards
• Accepting or rejecting finished items and removing materials and products that fail to meet specifications
• Selecting output samples and checking them using appropriate methods Reading specifications and blueprints
• Using statistical process control to inspect the part for quality after the part is removed, using micrometers, rulers, calipers or gauges to measure products
• Reporting test and inspection data
• Recommending adjustments to the production or assembly process
• Reading blueprints and instructions to comprehend the quality expectations for the product and supplies
• Approving or rejecting raw materials with respect to quality standards and record supplier performance

• 10 years of experience with mechanical, CNC, metal, stamping, coating, steel, heating treatment material
• Ability to read technical drawing
• Good command of English
