03 Senior Product Owner/ Business Analyst (Insurtech)

We’re seeking 03 Product Owner/ Business Analyst (at different level) working in Hanoi or HCM.

Collaborate with Product Leaders to define Product roadmap and Product Increment
Lead agile delivery teams to prioritize backlog items, contribute to user story writing, ensure the team understands the product backlog, and own the product roadmap on behalf of business stakeholders.
Partner with business stakeholders and the development team to generate business requirements
Always learn and find new initiatives, solutions, and technology that improve business operation and customer experience.
Actively involved in driving continuous improvement activities
Work closely with UI/UX designer, analytics, sale team, operation, and marketing to understand user needs, motivation, and behaviors to provide a user experience that truly emphasizes with user’s pain points.
Motivate and work with the development team on a daily basis to move user stories into production
Accountable for ensuring all work results are delivered with high standards
Identify hypotheses, conduct research, and discoveries to validate customer problems.
Liaise with the development team and technical lead to understand technical challenges, and prioritize development based on value/effort scoring.
Work with the Product manager to define the minimum viable product (MVP) for product launch.

Business analysis and business requirements creation in an Agile environment are required.
Critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills.
02+ years of experience working in Insurance Transformation or Insurtech is a big plus.
Experience liaising with business stakeholders and technical development teams to deliver digital products & services.
Certified Scrum Product Owner is preferred or equivalent in related work experience.
Work with dynamic enviroment and top talents.
Define and leading to develop new tecnologies in Insurance industry.
