10 RPA Business Analyst

PROJECT INFORMATION & OPPORTUNITY
- Immediately for 2019, we will start with 9 BAs onsite (US, Paris, Spain, Hungary, Mexico) to work with all business functions to flesh out the requirements..This will be a pilot project to measure FPT performance and define the best working model moving forward. GE will want to see some resumes and talk to BA positions to make sure we have strong resources.
- In 2020, we will ramp up to 80++ BAs and go into full development mode.
- GE requested that FPT has 1 very strong Program Manager to lead this project with business/technical background to interface with IT, business and corporate people from Renewables.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze business requirement.
- Onboarding candidates will work onsite 3 months in US/France/Spain. After 3 months, one group will stay onsite and one group will come back to Vietnam and work offshore
- Consult, suggest end user to improve the productivity of to-be business process.
- Specify & model requirement by modelling tools & define design options in SRS/PDD documents.
- Facilitate to solve problems, make project run smoothly.
- Verify the solution outcome of Development team.
- Prepare & communicate BA information to stakeholders.
