・Organize and oversee all production operations to achieve output and quality targets while maintaining compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
・Establish and monitor procedures to ensure the efficient and continuous operation of utility services.
・Negotiate contracts with contractors and suppliers to ensure cost- effective service provision for the factory.
・Develop and execute short- and long- term plans to ensure the factory has the necessary resources to meet business objectives.
・Direct and manage all factory staff to ensure they are properly motivated, trained, and developed, and that they perform their duties to the required standards in compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
・Implement and establish a Quality Management System (QMS) based on ISO 9001 standards.
・Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers, organizing regular site visits to demonstrate the effectiveness of production processes.
・Monitor and control the factory budget to ensure financial and operational objectives are met.
・Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that plant and equipment are properly maintained for maximum production efficiency.
・Foster effective working relationships with all employees and their representatives to maintain harmonious labor relations within the factory.

・Language: English- Intermediate (for internal use)
・Experience:
- More than 2 years of experience in production management in a manufacturing field where gas is used and safety, quality, and process control are highly emphasized.
- At least 8 years of practical experience in the manufacturing industry, regardless of sector
(e.g., chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, semiconductor/electronic components, food, or welding- related industries)

- Good analytical problem- solving and trouble
- Good understanding of 5S, 4M, ISO 9001.
