2D Graphic Designer (Media And Event)

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Design Propose:
- Joining brainstorming & contributing creative ideas.
- Finding art direction & discussing with Planning team, Account-Media team to final art direction.
Design Development:
- Working with related teams on the bidding and execution Event Process or Media Plan
- Developing format posts, main image following design brief and design checklist (from Media Team or Account Team)
- Working with Senior Graphic Designer/ Creative Director to final creative items for each project
Studying:
- Research and study new trends or innovative case studies in Art, Creative idea that have been done locally or globally.

- Aesthetic, adaptable, tenacious, systematic, innovative & insightful;
- Patience & Passion
- Ability to communicate clearly;
- Must be able to handle pressure well.
- Good time management;
Professional skills:
- HARD SKILL for 2D Designer: Adobe Software (AI, Ps, …)
- Good at social formats
- Strong understanding of customer & market dynamic requirements;
- Working long hours, especially under tight deadlines.
- Experience in the same position across various brands, advertising, marketing disciplines, e.g. events, activation, PR, sales promotion, digital is an advantage
- At least 1 years’ experience in commercial marketing agency
- Bachelor’s Degree
