• Effectively delegate and monitor specific tasks to other staff.
• Adjust, modify and improve quality of perspectives by using graphic editor software&039;s.
• Proactively research about the concept, color palette, materials, etc.
• Create 3D elements of the interior & architectural projects including landscapes with advanced level, based on given specifications and instructions from Team Members (TMs)/ Senior Members (SMs).
• Execute material board, mood board, etc.
• Check your models accurately in accordance with instructions.
• Execute the rendering for architectural/ interior projects with reasonable time.
• Participate in projects and contribute ideas into them.

• Good understanding in Vietnamese and English communication.
• An interest and or experience of AR and VR an advantage
• Good planning, time management & interpersonal skills.
• Good in Photoshop, Ai, Illustrator and/ or other design software.
•Create graphics is a plus
• Good technical skills.
• Ability to work in a close-knit team environment.
• Qualifications & Experience
• 3 + experience in design industry.
• Sense of design aesthetic.
• Proficiency in 3Ds max, Vray, Photoshop, SketchUp or Revit and other general office software.
• Certificate and/ or degree. Major in a related discipline.
• Work experience in an international environment with international clients is an advantage.
• Good to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Knowledge and experience of commercial architecture and interior design.
• Willingness and ability to keep up with the latest industry standards and computer programs
