3D Designer

Job Purpose:
• Providing 3D design simulation as realistic as possible, to showcase design intent & construction details of a product as an aesthetic representation/substitute to an actual sample.
• Create 3D Renderings according to customer requirements at design, tech pack, colour and salesman sample stages to support the product development process.
Key Roles and Responsibilities(Key Accountabilities)
Make updates to 3D renderings based on customer feedback;
Continuously improve 3D rendering skills as technology develops to enhance self and team skills;
Coordinate/communicate with cross functional teams to align on deadlines for the expected projects & receiving complete 3D package for commencement of 3D rendering;
Finish tasks assigned by supervisors on assigned projects;
Scan and process fabric repeat to prepare for 3D rendering;
Complete 3D rendering required by customers to given deadlines & submit for feedback;
Key Results/Key Performance Indicators(KPIs):
To meet customer 3D requirements with minimal modifications
Be able to independently complete 3D rendering to customer requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education & Qualification Requirements
University Degree in Design or 3D Proficiency Certificates
Experience Requirements
A minimum of Ai/Photoshop skills and basic 3D rendering skills will be preferred.
Technical competency Requirements
Be familiar with MS Office software, such as excel, word, outlook etc;
Have an understanding of knowledge on intimates’ construction process;
To be proficient in CLO 3D software to complete 3D rendering of intimates;
Behavioral Competency Requirements/Attributes
Manage self during high stress situation at peak rendering season
Good coordination and communication skills;
Team player who is able to assist the team with their needs & willing to share 3D expertise;
To have learning agility to be up to date on the 3D rendering software updates in the market to improve self-skills;

Ability to deal with urgent fast track 3D requirements;
Need to adapt 3D rendering style based on each customer’s needs;
Plan in advance to collaborate and clearly communicate with cross-functional teams to meet tight deadlines;
