3D & Motion Producer

RESPONSIBILITIES
Your job as a 3D & Motion Producer is to work with SPRING Productions internal 3D Animation Production Teams to help create great 3D Animations. In order to do so you will:
Support and assist in Quality Control to ensure deliverables follow the clients’ specifications and standards
Work with 3d Artists, Team Leaders, internal and external stakeholders to facilitate 3d animation productions
Plan, schedule and track 3D animations
work with clients across different time zones
Take ownership of your projects, schedule and run briefings, feedback sessions, review sessions, kick-offs, follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure qualitative and timely delivery of projects
Help manage resources allocation and flag potential issues in time
Create time estimates in collaboration with Team Leads and Senior Artists
Build and maintain a strong relationship with key internal and external stakeholders

3 years experience as producer or similar role, ideally in the field of 3d production, film production or wider creative field
Excellent organizational and planning
Understanding of the company’s strategy, values, and its execution
Understanding of common technical terms in the 3d industry
Excellent communication
Excellent spoken and written English
Confident, self-motivated, result and client orientated, multi-tasker, team-player
Excellent problem solver
Ability to prioritize tasks
