3D Renderer Artist

3D modelling & rendering skills and proficiency in 3D Studio Max, VRAY and Photoshop.
To produce high quality 3D animations and create photorealistic renderings
Ability to create photo-realistic renders for marketing material.
Able to work with limited supervision, and adapt to existing working methodologies.
Able to clearly demonstrate and communicate your design approach through a portfolio of work.
Ability to understand architectural drawings, appreciation of art and an eagerness to flourish.
To work independently or in a team with a timely and organized manner to meet required deadlines

An experienced Renderer with a good understanding of materials, construction, and natural and artificial lighting conditions
Understand the design process and fully comprehend the client’s needs and goals
Software/Technology fluency: 3D MAX, VRAY ADVANCE, AUTOCAD REVIT experience
Well-developed time management and project management skills required to undertake projects
Exercise sound judgment; proactive and anticipate client needs; effectively identify problem areas and negotiate and mediate when necessary to resolve issues
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
