3D Virtual Reality ArtistUrgent job

T3 ARCHITECTS is seeking a full time, on-site 3D Virtual Reality Artist in support of Architectural/Interior Residential Projects Worldwide, but for a Job based in Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam). In this role you will work with an international team of Architects and Interior Designers to help create a Mixed Reality collaboration application using Unreal Engine and other tools and also provide general project support by assisting the team with technical questions and creating authoring and/or debugging tools.
We are looking for 2 Positions, both Westerner and Vietnamese
Responsibilities:
•Create, update, test, and maintain 3D models, Computer Aided Design (CAD), textures, materials, shaders, and sounds to build cohesive and immersive Virtual Reality (VR) environments for multiple hardware and software platforms using BIM/Autodesk system.

Qualifications:
•Proven ability in 3D Virtual Reality models, especially in Architecture/Construction Industry.
•Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team.
•Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Project, and SharePoint).
•Proven ability to self-manage and complete project deliverables.
•Confident in making decisions, accurate, detailed-oriented and able to problem solve/analyze.
•Good interpersonal, listening, written and verbal communication and basic project management skills.
Education:
A Four-Year or higher Computer Science degree or Architect from an ABET-accredited program.
Experience:
•Required: A minimum of two years of experience in all of the following skills: (1) Architecture design, (2) creating 3D models and sounds for virtual reality, (3) virtual reality development (4) setting up materials and shaders, and (5) creating immersive lighting and environmental effects, (6) organic modeling, (7) hard-surface modeling, (8) creation of high-level animations, (9) 3D Studio Max, (10) Maya, (11) Lumion, and (12) Photoshop.
•Desired: A minimum of one year of experience in any or all of the following areas: (1) front-end design, (2) graphical user interface design, (4) Zbrush,(5) physically based rendering, (6) Bolt, and (7) Rigging.
