ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION
He/she will work collaboratively with WISE, NIC, and other members on the following tasks:
• Based on the understanding of target audience and ICT market, illustrate how to build career pathways for ICT jobs with professional recommendations on career path framework.
• Demonstrate the critical requirements for a major set sample of ICT occupations in the above career framework with relevant technical competencies, leadership competencies, core competencies, indicating salary range benchmarks for each occupation.
• Coordinate with a communication officer; developing communication materials and communication assets if needed.
• Coordinate with WISE to present the platform at a workshop (launch of the website) for participants of WISE’s Training Partnership, with guidance on how to best use the website.
• Demonstrate a typical career development plan for each occupation with recommended relevant skill sets; credentials that attest to the acquisition of those skills; other technical knowledge; and base-line soft skills in leadership.
• Develop and build a solid understanding of the target audiences (K12 and university students, fresh graduates or young workers who want to further their careers to change their career directions…) regarding their attributes, career orientation awareness, professional intent through online desk research and interview / sharing with related key partners of the projects including HR companies, employers, associations, and training institutions.
• Coordinate with communication and graphic consultant to promote the career pathway platform, once designed, and career development framework of the project to target audiences.
• Develop communications graphics to portray the ICT market’s work force trends in domestic, regional, and international labor markets.
• Brainstorm with WISE team to develop communication concept, communication strategy, and detailed content to integrate on the website of Training Partnership.
• Meet and establish good relationships with the partners of the Training Partnership to facilitate sharing of data with the website to be developed.
Share content best-practices with the team; Work from brief to final execution if needed. The consultant will work with WISE and NIC, and report to the Team Leader, Quang Phan.
ACTIVITY DELIVERABLES
The expert will deliver the following:
• Content for Training Partnership’s website and social media sites.
• A detailed report/database on Career pathways and salaries for ICT jobs with relevant skill sets.
