Responsibility

*Responsible for all compliance & legal issues for the company including corresponding with regulators.
- Compliance (60%):
+ Review new product programs for compliance to regulatory and, where relevant, to internal policies.
+ Monitor Company’s compliance with internal policies and applicable laws, regulations and guidelines, listing rules as well as corporate governance.
+ Prepare coordination with Supervisory Committee and Board of Directors, etc.
+ Advise for operation in term of Compliance & Legal function.
- Legal advisor (40%)
+ Legal training to staff when required to provide concerned people with updated knowledge of relevant legal issues.
+ Prepare and review contracts, agreements, official and legal documents to ensure their legal compliance.
+ Consult and provide other departments of legal advice when necessary.
+ Liaise with regulators and local authorities on legal and compliance issues.

- Working Time: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri )
- Monthly Salary: 1,900–2,400USD

Requirements

- Bachelor degree with major in Laws (first degree) / Law of Commerce.
- Gender : Any 
- Age: 37-45
- At least 5 years of management experience in relevant at finance company / banking.
- Language: English business level.
- Strong in Leadership, Negotiation, communication skills
- Responsible for all compliance & legal issues for the company including corresponding with regulators.

Preferable Skill / Experience
- Having knowledge about AML (Anti Money Laundering) is prefer
