Position: Design cum Estimation Manager (HVAC Facilities) - Construction

Responsibility

- Producing detailed drawings, concept design
- Estimate the amount of money that will be needed to complete the building
- Negotiate with contractors and other professionals
- Calculate the materials needed for the building based on plans, design drawings and specifications
- Attend regular meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists (Mainly at the beginning of the projects)
- Identify the number of materials needed for the building and calculate the construction cost
- Design facility systems of HVAC Facilities (air-conditioner)
- Cost management for building plans
- Other tasks assigned by Manager

- Working location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh city
- Monthly Salary: 1,000–1,500USD
- Working Time: 8:30-17:30(Monday - Saturday (Sometimes need to work on Saturday depends on situation 1-2 times/ 3month))

Requirements

- English skill : Conversational level (internal communication)
- Personality : Flexible, Active, Self-motivated, can work for long term
- Gender : Any
- More than 10 years experiences as HVAC(air-conditioning) designer or estimation staff in construction industry
- Have management skill (experience above sub-manager is needed)
- Age : 30 - 45
** Person who can work flexibly depends on the situation (sometimes they have overtime work by projects)
