Position: Import/ Export Staff - Logistics / Nhân viên Xuất Nhập Khẩu - Dịch vụ Hậu cần

Responsibility

- Process custom application using electronic customs declaration software
- Monitor, supervise import-export procedure to ensure schedule
- Supporting, consulting customers, handling quotation documents related to import and export operations.
- Execute customs clearances task
- Details will be discussed during the interview
- Handle import-export documents such as quotation; services order; C/O (Certificate of origin), HS (Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System) code application, logistics-related papers

- Monthly Salary: 430–645USD
- Working location: Duy Tien Dist, Ha Nam Province
- Working Time: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Friday. Work 2 Saturdays per month)

Requirements

- Language: English - Conversational Level (mainly used in reporting Japanese Branch Manager and working with clients via email or chat)
- Have experience of applying customs using electronic customs declaration software
- Personalities: Careful and Hardworking; Be passionate and wants to develop career in Logistics
- Live in Ha Nam
- Experience: Have at least 2 years working experience in Import - Export
- Education: At least from College Degree
- Gender: Female. Age: Under 30

Preferable Skill / Experience
- Have working experience in Logistics Forwarding Company
- Know Japanese
