Responsibility

- Support and troubleshoot Computer & Printer Hardware Service

- Control spare part Inventory for all PC&039;s and printer&039;s hardware.

- Ensure that all server and PC are updated with latest Windows Update from Microsoft

- Support troubleshooting Windows Server hardware/ software; HP- UX, Linux Server hardware/ software if there have any problems

- Manage security settings to help in securing the PC

- Provide user Computer and Network support, PC setup and configuration

- Ensure the Antivirus up to date and apply to all PC client

- Monitor & maintain Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) uptime

- Working Time: 8:00-17:30(Monday - Friday)
- Working location: My Hao, Hung Yen
- Monthly Salary: 450–700USD

Requirements

- Have basic knowledge about LAN, WAN, Firewall, NT Server, Antivirus system, Computer system, Printer - Photo machine, LAN cabling, setting scanner
- Gender: Any. Age: 22-25 years old
- Experience: Fresh graduates with high motivation is acceptable
- English: Conversational Level
- Education: Bachelor&039;s degree or higher in Computer Science or Management of Information System or related fields
- Have various relevant skills of:
+ Problem solving and Analytical skills
+ Communication and Interpersonal skills
+ Software development and support skills
- Be available to support for users in all cases

Preferable Skill / Experience- Have experience of working in manufacturing companies
