Position: Architectural Designer

Responsibility

・ Give instructions to CAD operator
・ Check the law, Make plan, Arrange schedule, Make proposal and presentation for client, Coordinate structure and ME, Manage organization, Coordinate cost, Visit and supervise site, Educate other staff,
・ Attend regular meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists
・ Report to Japanese manager about progress and get feedback
・ Support work of Japanese staff (interpretation, translation）

- Working location: Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi- Monthly Salary: 1000～1500(USD)

Requirements

・Education: Bachelor degree
・Language: English Conversational Level(Mainly internal communication)
・Age: 30-40 years old
・Gender: Any
・Experience:
- Work Experience of Architectural Designer in Construction company or Architectural Design Office over 10 years.
- Need Architectural certification grade 1 or grade 2( Thiết kế kiến trúc công trình : Architecture Design)
- Experience in Construction company is more preferable.
- Can go to the site.
- Can use AUTO CAD
- Management experience
Preferable Skill / Experience
・Be familiar with VN law
・Working experience in Japanese construction company
・Honest, Can accept Fujita&039;s culture.
