Position: Japanese Speaking Sales Executive

Responsibility

Clients services (for clients assigned by Division Leader)
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients
- Keep and develop relationship with clients
- Timely renew insurance policies, strictly follow renewal guideline of the division
- Follow up client&039;s growth and requirements
- Arrange risk surveys
- Conduct insurance seminars for both current and potential clients (explain the cover of insurance policy and claim procedure)
- Explore new clients
- Provide consulting service to clients
Business Administration
- Strictly follow up premium collection
- Make plan for client meeting schedules
- Assist supervisors to handle client services
- Prepare and submit the quotations to clients as per Division&039;s guidelines
- Check the policies issued by Business Processing
Coordinate with other divisions
- Cooperate with Accounting section for Premium collection
- Cooperate with Underwriting division for daily works as well as arising matters related to policy insurance underwriting information and survey schedule
- Cooperate with claim staff for claim matters of assigned clients
Timely prepare periodic reports as required by Managers

- Working location: Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi- Monthly Salary: 430～865(USD)

Requirements

- Education: Graduates from University
- Experience: Has 2 years experience as Sales/ Customer Services/ General Administration/ Interpreter and good Sales Mindset
- Gender: Any. Age: 25 - 35
- Language:
+ English: More than Conversational Level
+ Japanese: Business Level (N2 certificate)
- Skills:
+ Know about insurance products
+ Understand working procedure and flow chart
+ Strong marketing sense
+ Be highly aware of requirements to be professional to provide high quality service to clients
+ Good presentation and negotiation skills
