Responsibility

• Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Working closely with other Dept., technicians, and managerial staff.
• Budget management (annual budget planning and progress control)
• Resource management
• Creating and managing "IT policies"
• Identifying and then prioritizing technical and functional requirements.
• Project Secretariat
• Preparation and proposal of medium- to long-term plans
• Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
• Engage with other dept. / users to understand other department&039;s job (for development of program, system, software...)
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Creating, Updating, implementing, and maintaining manual/procedures.

- Working location: My Hao, Hung Yen- Monthly Salary: 690～1290(USD)

- Education: Bachelor of IT or other relevant fields
- Experience: Have at least 8 years working experience in IT field in any industries, which includes at least:
+ Have experience of controlling project (Making plan, Follow process and performance)
+ 2 years experience and intensive understanding of IT infrastructure and system
+ 2 years experience as IT Manager
+ 2 years experience and good knowledge of security management
- Skills and Personalities:
+ Good data analysis skill
+ Good problem solving skill and analytical thinking
+ Good interpersonal skill
+ Strong communication and presentation.
+ Be able to quickly report to boss
+ Be able to self motivate
- Understanding PDCA
