Position: Chinese speaking - Executive (front) - Taiwanese Division

Responsibility

** PURPOSE **
• Achieve Company’s turnover target.
• Service all assigned Company’s clients
• To develop new business and support digital business.
• Attend to enquiries from Company’s clients on new business, renewal and provide prompt and efficient service to all clients.

** JOB TASKS **
• Provide professional service to existing clients, partners, brokers
• Look for new clients, cross sell, up sell
• Partnership business and Digitalization:
• Update the market trends directly influenced on company&039;s business activities
• Cooperate with other divisions (Claim, Underwriting, Reinsurance, Business Processing, Finance and Accounting…)
• Execute risk survey at client’s site as basis for offering quotation
• Conduct non-life insurance and risk management seminars for both current, potential clients and partners (explain the cover of insurance policy and claim procedure)
• Other assigned task by Line Management(s)
• Execute other office work as required by the Company.
• Control outstanding/unclear premium
• Translate related documents

** RELATIONSHIPS **
• Company’s staff and other industry peers.
• Corporate Direct Clients and business partners

- Working location: An Duong District, Hai Phong City / Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi- Monthly Salary: 430～870(USD)

Requirements

- Gender: Female preferred. Age: 22 - 30 years old
- Education: Have Bachelor or College Degree in any major
- Language:
+ English - Intermediate (More than Conversational Level)
+ Mandarin - Business Level
- Skills:
+ Strong marketing sense.
+ Clearly understand working procedure & flow chart.
+ Well known all insurance products and be able to explain to clients their coverage.
+ Be highly aware of requirement to be professional to provide high quality service to clients.
