Responsibility

- Prepare and manage project budget;
- Prepare project reports according to the regulations of the project and the company.
- On behalf of the Board of Directors to perform all internal and external work of the project;
- Manage and train and develop human resources under responsibilities/authorities;
- Acceptance, payment for consulting units, construction contractors of the project;
- Work directly with the authorities on legal procedures of the project if necessary;
- Working with consulting units to be able to offer design solutions in accordance with current regulations and standards, which are economical, feasible and safe;
- Making and building construction plans, construction methods, organizing and operating all activities of the technical department, and the site commanding committee;
- Coordinate with consulting units, construction contractors to promptly handle all problems and ensure the implementation plans of the project;
- Assign roles and responsibilities of members of the project management board;
- Check and monitor the quality, progress and cost of project implementation;
- Implement and organize the inspection and control of all activities on the construction site and be responsible to the Board of Directors for all activities of the project;

- Working location: Tan Binh Dist., HCMC- Monthly Salary: 1500～2000(USD)

- Have experienced as Electrical engineer in construction industry
- Education Background: Graduated from HCMC University of Technology and Education/ Ho Chi Minh City University Of Technology
- Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of construction methods.
- Gender : Male prefer
- Willing to work on site as projects&039; location
- Age : 32 - 38
- Skills in research, analysis, construction project planning and project control, risk management.
- English skill : Business level
- Have at least 5 year working experience as Project Manager (M&E, major in Electrical)
