Responsibility

Tender Works
- Support Quality Service department to clarify technical and quantity matter with subcontractor/ vender
- Make report, update internal training; knowledge sharing
- Calculate/ estimate the quantity of sub-material (such as cable; valves; pipe; support…)
- Record and control the changing requirement from client and internal
- BOQ (Bill of quantities) and specifications of main M&E equipment (such as Transformer; Generator; Fan; Air Conditioner; Pump…)
- Mechanical basic calculation and design drawing HVAC; Firefighting system; water supply; drainage and WWTP system...)
- Received client requirements and study
- Support Sales department to explain the M&E design work to client
- Update, revise M&E design according to client comment/ requirements
- M&E basic design check and confirmed related regulations (such as construction law; FF regulations; environmental regulation…)
Detail Design Works
- Design document management and control (document naming rule; soft files control; hard copy files control...)
- Study and build up M&E typical calculation sheets (such as fans; AC; pump; duct and pipe size; cable; transformer capacity…)
- Prepare M&E drawing/ documents for Firefighting and Construction application works. Follow up until the approval document issued
- Build up M&E typical drawing standard format (drawing frame; font style; line style…) and typical detail drawings (lighting; outlet socket; foundation bolts; piping support; ducting; fans; air conditioner; pump...)
- Develop and detail mechanical design drawing according to the mechanical basic design
M&E Construction Site Works
- Periodical inspection
- Receive changing order from client, report to manager, support for Quotation Request to vendor/ supplier
- Operation training for owner/ final user
- Perform the testing and commissioning work according to approval procedure (by designer or manufacture instructions)
- Summary and control the changing order; fluctuation cost of M&E works
M&E Maintenance Work
- Support for request quotation from vendor/ subcontractor
- Technical document, drawing prepare

Requirements

Necessary Skill / Experience
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer in the Construction field
- Design and calculate M&E system
- Age: 25-35. Gender: Male only
- Have experience with HVAC (Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) and Firefighting system
- Language skills: English - Conversational Level
- Educational background: Bachelor&039;s Degree
Preferable Skill / Experience
・ Having working experience in Japanese company
