Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to handle incoming calls and provide assistance to our current customers. The main responsibilities include addressing customer- reported issues, facilitating SIM and phone replacements, and assisting customers with service registration. The role involves interacting with customers through phone calls and chat conversations. Additionally, the position requires proactive follow- up calls to customers using our services or upon their request for support. It is important to note that

The 3rd floor, Trung Yen 1 Building, 1A Vu Pham Ham, Cau Giay, Hanoi.

- Monday to Saturday, with Sundays off
- Call and chat channels:

+ Shift 2: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (Vietnam Time)

+ Shift 3: 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM (Vietnam Time)

Break time: 60 minutes

- English proficiency commensurate with the respective positions, with no English certification required.
- Male/Female between 18 and 35 years old.
- Candidates without experience will receive training.

- Compensation: Full- time Agent positions:
+ Chat Agent: Starting salary of 12 million VND.
+ Call Agent: Starting salary of 14 million VND
