A981997 - R&D Supervisor

R&D Supervisor shall take responsibilities for controlling overall R&D (Liquid Seasoning) activities and/ or assignment.

Coordinate with others in the Liquid Seasoning Section to complete assigned jobs;
Take responsibility for the performance and results of a team in the Liquid Seasoning Section as time scale requirement;
Coach and expand knowledge of subordinates for technical information,industrialization, and skills.
Develop plans and execute to investigate advanced technology and manage to test toimprove performance;
Make plans and set targets for the team;
Manage responsible themes of liquid seasoning development and collaborate withrelated departments in compliance with product development procedure, relatedprocedures, and SOPs/guidelines;
Draw up plans and manage relevant information to unify strategies related to liquidseasoning development of responsible themes for new products and existing products;

Education:- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Food Chemistry, or related majors.2. Job requirements:- Fluency in English (4 skills);- Proficiency in MS Office;- Strong knowledge about Food Technology and Production Process;- Advanced recipe making skills & industrialization knowledge;- Effective communication, self-study, problem finding, problem solving, and plansetting skills;- Good leadership and compliance skills.3. Experience:- At least 04 years of relevant experience.
