Mô tả công việc


-Be responsible in expat recruitment
-Monitor staffing needs of Academic department (Expact only)
- Plan, direct, and organize the company’s human resources procedures, and processes consistent with Academic goals and current laws; evaluate current procedures and recommends changes to HR Manager/Management
- Conduct induction for new teachers, expat staff
- Cooperate with administrative staff and assist staff in resolving non-routine issues in their respective areas and investigate problems and employee complaints.
- Advise and consult with academic and or administrative departments on employee and human resources issues in the areas of visa/ work permit, compensation/classification, grievance procedures, and other areas impacted by employment law.
- Partner with Management to investigate, assess and implement disciplinary and corrective action. Attend employee meetings addressing performance concerns and work with Management to facilitate appropriate personnel actions.
- Manage employee benefit plans including health insurance, contract bonuses etc. Oversee eligibility procedures, notice requirements and performance reviews.
- Report to and work with the HR Management team to develop organization strategies, obtain input on critical HR issues and work with Managers to discuss and resolve a variety of human resources issues such as staffing, reorganization, policy and related personnel issues.
- Perform other job or Academic related duties as assigned.
Internal Audit System
- To develop and support the Internal Audit System for the Academic and Customer Service Departments through monitoring, analyzing and assessing the risks and controls of the organisation. Review the organisations compliance with policies and verify information and make recommendations for improvement. Provide insight on how to effectively implement recommendations and then follow up the company's progress.
Support Academic Team with HR Matters
- Tasks include staff recruitment, recommending hires, maintaining job titles, determining salary ranges, supervising personnel procedures, developing operation calendars, assigning priorities and assisting other administrative staff with personnel issues. Liaison between teachers, Management and other departments and be responsible for collecting, following and keeping all kinds of employment records.
The employee may be required to assist with the following Marketing opportunities:
- Assist the employer in promotion of its programmes and courses. This promotion may take the form of: still pictures, video and audio through web sites, brochures, commercials and any other medium that the employer uses to promote its programmes. In such promotions the school may also reveal some personal information, such as, full name, age, qualifications, and work history.
- Be available at times agreed to promote and advertise the school and its programs within reasonable notice periods.

Yêu cầu công việc


- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related (essential).
- 2 years of experience as an HR Coordinator (essential).
- Have experience in expat recruitment (at least 1 year)
- Interpersonal skills
- Able to train develop and mentor
- Engaging presentation skills.
- Strong sense of ethics
- Strong conflict management skills
- Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
