Job description:
Coordinating academic operations: arranging schedules of classes, teachers and support staff.
Responding to student feedback: relay and deliver feedback based on student comments.
Recruitment: Assist HR with the budgeting and recruitment of academic staff. Conduct training for new staff.
Professional Development: Evaluate staff performance on a regular basis and deliver observation feedback and training.
Quality Control: Monitor the performance of the academic department and suggest improvements based on analysis.
Curriculum Development: Collaborate with Regional office (Vietnam) in reviewing, updating, creating and developing Speak UP curriculum and/or products.
Resource Management: Maximize the use of existing manpower to ensure efficient and effective use of human and capital resources
