Academic Manager (Salary Upto 2000$)

SmathLink is a schooling program which provides English Teaching through Math & Science.
The Responsibilities of the position:
- Work closely with Operation team dealing with regular and irregular inspection from MOET and DOET
- Be a cover teacher and key teacher if required.
- Build up and maintain good and supportive relationship with other business lines and department within the organization
- Support Business Operation manager to provide partner schools and parents with workshops for the program
- Work as an Academic Manager of the development team to coordinate, liaise, and support team member to develop Science program for primary schools (from grade 1 to grade 5).
- Provide training, teaching, coaching for teachers, teacher assistants to effectively and successfully delivering the program at partner schools.
- Support Business Operation manager to effectively deal with customer complain to maintain program high level of expectation
- Liaise with HR department to recruit teacher and effectively manage teaching team
- Maintain good and supportive relationship with partner schools

- Having at least 1 English Certificate equivalent to C1 or above
- Demonstrate knowledge of innovative teaching methods
- Having a Master in English teaching methodology or STEM
- Candidate must have at least 3 years progressive experience organizing, directing and working in academic support services program
- Demonstrate experience working with Vietnam public primary and secondary schools
- Bachelor Degree in English Pedagogics, English Language, Primary Education
