* System efficiency
- Checking the efficiency of Center Schedule and Teacher Schedule.
- Ensuring IZUMI teachers exceed their maximum capacity of 21 hours of teaching / week or 14 classes/week.
- Checking the ACS of IZUMI centers to ensure the ACS meet the target of each course.
* Minimize resign ratio
- Increase efficiency of centers by solutions and ideas trained to CMs.
- As the result of customer satisfaction is at high level, student resign ratio is kept at under 5% by increasing academic quality, teaching quality and methodology all the time.
* Result of student through Customer Survey
- Promoters is always higher than 50%.
- Leading the product quality survey throughout all centers.
* Teacher quality and talent improvement project
- By observation and training to ensure the quality of IZUMI teachers.
- Assisting new recruitment of teachers and part time teachers to ensure the quality of candidates and the efficiency of system.
- Deciding training demands and leading the training activities of Academic Department.
- Leading the team of Senior Academic Coordinator and Academic Coordinator.
* Product Development and Improvement
- Working closely with Japanese specialist (having interpreter) to learn the upgrading of product.
- Report to BOD about product and people quality and suggest solutions to improve it continuously.
- Keep track of market demand to localize the product to fit to market demand.
- Research competitors to understand market trendy.
* Represents for Academic Quality of IZUMI at a highest level
- Controlling the product localizing process (including of: curriculum, text book, training, test, student result, etc…)
* Evaluation & Reporting
- At all time AM should know and be able to report on all aspects of the Centre related to ensuring efficient and high quality operations.
- All academic members achieve their KPIs target.
- Having training, coaching and development plan for member if necessary.
- Organizing monthly workshops for teachers to improve their teaching quality as well as give teachers more opportunities to learn more from their colleagues.
* Other tasks assigned by line manager/company
- Reports containing full analysis and actions planned/taken are submitted according to timelines set by line manager.
