Mô tả công việc

  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with clients and have a good understanding of our clients’ business.

  • Building up team capability to develop more innovation digital solutions, going beyond traditionally planned media and start to instill a yearning to expand into the digital space and look at how campaigns can be driven by content, social media marketing, programmatic digital, mobile, search, etc.

  • Responsible for overall campaign strategy, planning, implementation & post-campaign review for your set of brands. Set viable objectives and KPIs, and recommend/develop measurement methodology against all briefs. Deliver good campaigns with strong results.

  • Manage and motivate team to effectively deliver to client needs and company goals.

  • Keep a close ear to the ground on new opportunities to take to clients.

  • Help guide and advise the wider team on best practices, innovation and work processes. Talent acquisition and retention for Account Management team.

  • Effectively address client satisfaction, renewal and escalation issues until resolved.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • A background in advertising with strong digital experience. Competent in digital planning with a good understanding and working knowledge of digital media

  • Possess superior management and organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple expectations. Effective team management capabilities.

  • Produce work of high quality. Demonstrate sharp, strategic & critical thinking and effective problem solving skills.

  • Able to inspire and motivate.
