● Leverage existing and cultivating new media relationships
● Collaborating with internal and external teams on workflow
● Reporting on implementations and campaign metrics
● Update and regulate media spending and other finances
● Analyze on performances before, during, and after campaigns
● Addressing all client inquiries effectively and in a timely manner
● Present PR & digital strategies to clients
● Create, design and strategize proposals
● Event planning of projects and managing timelines

Demands of other responsibilities may arise naturally in this line of work. The account
executive must always be alert and ready to problem solve, and most important,
communicate well. Other skill sets that are required:
● College degree in Communications, Marketing, PR or relevant field
● Strong analytical skills
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Vietnamese)
● 2+ years experience in accounts or media (agency-side preferred)
● Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, and Word)
● Knowledge on digital, online tools, and media
● Experience with customer service and project management
● Continual updates of industry trends
● Understanding of online marketing and social media platforms
