Account Manager

- Work directly with Client to receive the brief

- Work collaboratively with the Creative, Production, Design and Finance teams, … to ensure high-quality campaign work is delivered on the plan, ideas, budget, execution on objective and on time, and manage invoicing.

- Manage all activities including preparing materials/reports, scheduling meetings, drafting quotations and participating in presentations as required to ensure the event runs smoothly.

- Manage, direct, assign tasks as well as train the junior employee to complete all tasks as required by smoothly.

- Build & maintain a strong relationship with old client teams. Establish and expand relationships with a day-to-day new client.

- Execute every work as well as other requirements from Local Authority.

- Report directly to BOD.

-      Minimum 5 years experience in the event agency and a minimum of 2 years experience in a related position. Especially, having experience in the outdoor event, mega event is an advantage.

-      The faculty of observing and handle the situation is good.

-      The faculty of lead, management and communication skills.

-      The faculty of thought and strategy.

-      Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint is a must.

-      Fluent in English speak and writing skills.

-      Withstand high work pressure and overtime.

-      Working time: 8 hours/day mode. (09:00 am to 12:00 am, 13:00 pm to 18:00 pm)
