Job Description:
The role can involve handling the accounts of three to four clients or more accounts.
Account Manager (both advertising and event) acts as a link between clients and the adverting agency. You usually report to an Account Director and are responsible for the day-to-day running of their clients’ campaigns. You liaise between the client and a range of agency staff in order to coordinate the details of advertising and event management campaigns.
Account Manager works closely with the clients throughout campaigns, managing administrative and organizational work, and ensuring that this is completed on time and on budget.
Requirements:
Being ability to think, analyze, proactive, creative, friendly and passionate at work.
Experience at least 5 years at the management level (Manager / Director) of Account department in advertising industry, event organization.
Trained and knowledgeable about media, advertising and marketing.
Strong project management skills, excellent communication, interpersonal and team skills;
Being fluent in English (spoken and written).
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Being responsible for recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating employees of the department
Playing the role of project leader in implementing company projects.
Managing and coordinating between project implementation departments to meet customers’ requirements.
Being responsible for the quality of brainstorm sessions, concept orientation, ideas of the project.
Being responsible for providing professional guidance to the department’s staff on customer service, brainstorming ability, writing proposal, presenting, making a quote, implementing an event/ activation program.
Controlling price quotes and Internal costs of projects to ensure profit for the company.
Being responsible for customer service of projects and programs implemented by the company.
Maintaining good relationships with existing customers & develop new customers.
Conducting project presentations with the help/ participation of related Teams.
Being responsible for assigning effective work and ensuring the quality of work of subordinate employees.
