Account Manager | Packaging Machinery Products

- Develop business relationships in order to drive business of packaging machines with key partners/ B2B clients
- Accountability for continuous and comprehensive sales action plans to achieve goals
- Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
- Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
- Supervising and monitoring the performance of the sales team.
- Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions.
- Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals.
- Assist in the preparation of business reviews, including but not limited to forecasting, planning, customer service in Sales
- Cooperating with Engineering Team and Regional Sale Department for project development.
- Help manage all other aspects of the sales team

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineer, Mechanical or related field is advantageous.
- Age: From 29 and above
- At least 05 years of experience in B2B Sales, Key Account Management/ Project sales in
Packaging Machine and Solutions
- Prior experience in Pressure Sensitive Label product is highly preferable.
- English level: Can communicate well
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong in B2B Sales skills, outgoing person with opened mindset.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills. Strong management and leadership skills. Effective communication skills with exceptional customer service skills.
- Travel would be required domestically and/or internationally.
