Position purpose


  • To act as an “on-ground” support and report directly to General Manager, help to maintain and increase distribution, by achieving volume and efficiency growth.

Position Purpose



  • Increase distribution at retails market

  • Implement sales volume target

  • Create, develop & maintain relationship with retails market

  • Raise and develop ideas to improve sales volume per retail outlet

  • Identify new venues suitable to sell Tê Tê Beers

  • Work with existing retail outlets to organize events

  • Ensure proper marketing and branding set up

  • Manage Tê Tê products and visibility at assigned retail outlets

  • Help build sales promotions and product communication

  • Provide full and proactive support to sales team

  • Keep an eye on what our competitors in the marketplace are doing and communicate this with the sales and marketing teams

  • Obtain customer information and feedback to use for future promotional activities


Scope



  • Service existing venues, receive orders, and establish new venues by planning daily, weekly and monthly work schedule to call on existing and potential retail outlet.

  • Manage an outsourced Sales and Trade Marketing team to monitor Tê Tê products at retail outlets.

  • Follow up with the presence of beer Te Te

  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly working plans, monthly and annual territory analysis.

  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, promotion, products, new products, merchandising techniques etc.

  • Ensure Tê Tê product is always fresh within the beer shelf-life at retail outlets

  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; develop solutions; prepare reports; make recommendations to management.

  • Contribute to team effort by reaching sales targets.

  • Raise ideas to develop sales volume at retail outlets.

  • Organize, plan and implement staff training for Tê Tê outlets.

  • Ensure Tê Tê products reach the end consumers according to Tê Tê Brand standards.

  • Closely work with Marketing team to implement promotion activities

  • Coordinate and liaise with the Sales Team, POSM contractors, graphic design contractors and venue managers.

  • Coordinate with Distribution Team and the company managers to manage the point of sales material (including budget, logistics, distribution and assortment) by finding the most efficient solutions.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to build sales promotions and product communication

  • Co-develop (with the company managers) an in-depth 12 month promotional calendar. Deliver materials and activity for Tê Tê brand on time according to 12 month national market activation


Yêu cầu công việc



  • A good knowledge of craft beer and its industry is prefered.

  • Minimum of 3 years in retails market

  • Experience in dealing with contracts and trading terms.

  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in sales and account management

  • Proven experience as retail manager or in other managerial position

  • Knowledge of retail management best practices

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Excellent organizing and leadership skills

  • Commercial awareness

  • Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles

  • Customer Relations Management

  • Motivation for Sales

  • Written and spoken English

  • Having good ability in setup and plan sale campaign and activities.

Targets and KPIs



  • Sales target will be set on a quarterly basis in terms of new venues and sales growth.

  • Client relations – minimize customer complaints, maximize praise


Salary and commission


  • A monthly basic salary and a performance bonus 

Working hours, Weekly meetings



  • Monday – Friday: Office hours with flexibility

  • Weekends - normally off but available to attend eventual beer promotions at retail store.

  • Time allocation: 50% in office, 50% visiting and finding venues/taking care of venues and clients around Saigon
