Account Receivable Manager – Consumer Electronics

International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a multinational Consumer Electronics company. Our client is seeking an Account Receivable Manager with 5+ years of experience in account receivable and SAP. The role will work at the office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Job Summary:
The role will be overseeing the organization&039;s sales ledger for specified customers to ensure prompt collection of debts. The role involves negotiating and arranging payments from a varied customer portfolio. Oversee the day-to-day operations and strategic goals of the accounts receivable cycle through management, maintenance, implementation, and design of all accounts receivable business procedures and functions for the entire accounts receivable collection process.
Job Responsibilities:
Essential Functions include, but are not limited to:
• Communicate and explain work procedures to subordinates
• Monitor receivable risks including credit limit setting up, declaration, and claims.
• Contribute the essential information to adhere to the strategic goals of the company
• Manage collection activities such as negotiating with past-due accounts, referring accounts to collection agencies, and sending follow-ups
• Manage promotion payables for customer
• Ensure that operational criterion is reflected in the account receivable functions
• Update receivables by monitoring and coordinating all processing performed on orders that are delivered daily including transactions such as bank remittances
• Monitor expenditures and implement corrective steps by identifying significant variances
• Assist in the financial planning with the help of cash forecasting
• Maintain accurate records and control reports

· Experience in Consumer Electronics and Retail an added advantage
· SAP experience is a must
· Strong communicator skills with the ability to influence and communicate with business partners and senior management
· Business / Accounting / Finance Degree
· Excellent negotiation, organizational and problem-solving skills
· Account Receivable professional with a minimum 5 years of experience fully in charge of the whole process until the client paid.
· Good command of English
