Account Supervisor [Partner of DigiSource]

FUNCTIONAL OBJECTIVE: We are looking for an Account Supervisor to lead our account team and oversee our clients’ marketing campaigns and plans. Your responsibility will be to ensure high-quality service to our clients and that our account team is running efficiently and effectively to ensure overall Business growth and profitability.

REPORTS TO: Operation Director

• 1st March 2023: Onboarding

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Lead Account Executives. Allocate new accounts and tasks to team members ensuring client needs are met with highest quality standards.

● Monitor team performance and provide guidance, coaching, and support when needed.

● Develop marketing strategy for clients in close alignment with client’s business requirements and needs.

● Oversee execution, analysis and optimization of marketing plans.

● Communicate with clients on a daily basis to ensure and maintain client satisfaction.

● Review recommendations and valuation campaigns.

● Manage accounts’ financial aspects (budgets, contracts, fees etc.).

● Reporting and feedback on activities and accounts. Provide recommendations on further project improvements.

● Build, maintain and grow client relationships.

Job Requirement

REQUIREMENTS:

● More than 5 years of relevant working experience in the agency business and field of

advertising/marketing.

● A Bachelor's degree is a must.

● Digital knowledge in emerging channels: Facebook, Google, Youtube, Zalo, Mobile Platforms and Marketplaces.

● Strong experience on managing Creative and Social Activity.

● Proficient strategic and analytical thinking.

● Demonstrated leadership skills.

● English language proficient

● Able to work with timelines / deadlines

● Able to demonstrate leadership skills in managing a team.
