Accountant

-Reconcile Sales Statistic and Portfolio Report from Branch weekly and before monthly cut-off time.
-Record Daily Sales Performance and announce Daily Loop basing on sales reporting
-Record Monthly, YTD Sales Performance basing on Company scheme
-Monthly checking sales commission and service incentive
-Quarterly checking sales incentive and service incentive
-Yearly checking sales incentive
-Accrue and record sales commission/incentive into Financial System monthly/quarterly
-Recognize branch revenue basing on Invoice Run Process and reconcile invoice run forecast before running.
-E-Billing (issued invoice via E-Portal)
Monthly Random check original contract, Costing vs ICABs system.
Issue credit note (CN) basing on credit approval
-SOS weekly checking and feedback to branch before invoice run.
-Prepare VAT output, check VAT input and prepare monthly VAT report & payment.
-Other tax report.
-External & Internal Audit
-26 Controls - JV, Reconcile
-Handle month end closing activities.

-At least graduated from University/ College with major in Finance/Accounting
-Have at least 2 working year experience in the same position
-Customer service orientation; good analysis, persuasion and complaints solving skills
-Good communication in English & Vietnamese
-Hard working, careful & patient
-Familiar with Accounting software
