Accountant

. Check, process & post all journal entries into accounting software to ensure all business transactions are recorded
. In charge of receivable and payable balances 
. Fixed assets control & FA depreciation calculation and allocation
. Issue invoices to customers
. Update and report expense make monthly payment plan.
. Prepare payment orders (bank and petty cash)
. Prepare statistic reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
. Support month end process and reconciliations within deadlines and instructions.
. Maintain adequate and current documentation of the systems of internal control.
. VAS accounting and financial reports;
. Other tasks assigned by managers
