Accountant

Responsible for full set accounting and finance matters, including:
- Handling incoming and outgoing mails and invoices
- Responsible for AP and AR related issues
- Check and review all documents before getting approval from Finance Manager/General Director
- Check and review all accounting transactions to assure accuracy before posting
- Assure accounting activities and transactions recorded and reported in compliance with the tax law and accounting law
- Prepare and reconcile monthly report
- Ensure effective and accurate exchange of information with affiliate office(s)
- Assist in corresponding with government agencies, and other organizations
- Assist in annual accounting activities/functions such as year-end audit, assets stock-take and budgeting
- Perform other tasks assigned by Finance Manager / General Director
