Accountant Officer (Work in Phu Yen)

Cost Accounting
• Ensure correct classification of cost.
• Review product cost and rates of labour & overheads.
• Analyse costs of raw materials and other supplies.
• Update latest product cost in systems.
• Perform margin and expense analysis.
• Assist Cost Accountant in collecting cost information and calculating product pricing.
• Prepare monthly cost accounting reports for submission to management.
Inventory
• Prepare monthly inventory reports.
• Review and analyse costs of raw materials and other supplies and check for huge fluctuation.
• Perform reconciliation between physical count and book.
• Lead the weekly physical stock count.
• Compile stock count results and follow up on discrepancies.
• Review inventory aging on a regular basis.
• Involve in year-end stock count.
Accounts Receivable
• Ensure all sales are supported with the export custom declaration.
• Ensure the accuracy & completeness of sales transactions.
• Prepare monthly Sales Report, Aging and analysis.
Monthly Closing
• Prepare monthly schedule and reports.
• Ensure all journals under his/her responsibility are posted on timely basis.
Statutory Reporting
• Prepare audit schedules.
• Prepare information for government survey
• Support statutory audit.
• Prepare corporate tax computation.
Review work of Accounts Assistants and guide them.
Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Prior working experience in manufacturing industry is preferred
• Proficient in English.
• A degree in Accounting and good knowledge in Vietnam Accounting and Tax regulation.
