Accountant Specialist (Contract 1 Year)

Costing and Inventory
• Control documentation on stock-take, cycle-count, and inventory adjustment/write-off.
• Prepare inventory movement report base on reconciliation.
• Support full year physical inventory count and ensure the variance is timely adjusted.
• Prepare a reconciliation scrapped volume with system figures.
• Verify purchase receiving transaction to ensure three-way matching is fully performed.
• Prepare report Weekly Inventory Aging, then highlight risk on inventory account and calculate inventory provision base on Group Accounting Policy.
• Responsible for master management related to costing and inventory.
• Tracking and analyst logistic/freight cost to prepare material sourcing report and purchase price variance.
• Assist on standard costing report preparation and update the standard cost changes.
• Prepare summary report manufacturing costs for spare-part consumption, utilities.
• Prepare detailed account analysis and reconcile recovery, expenses, and inventory to ensure data completeness and accuracy between subledger and general ledger.
• Perform month-end/year-end closing activities on inventory and costing function.
Audit and Internal Control Compliance
• Maintain some of internal control documentation and perform test internal controls on inventory & reporting.
• Support internal and external auditors (KPMG/EY/CSA/IA) on financial accounts.
Others:
• Independently manage petty cash receipt/disbursement and record cash register to performance reconciliation in monthly basis.
• Other tasks as the requirement;
• Collaborate with SCM Planning & Operation teams on purchase price, inventory management.

Education:
• Chartered Accountant designation, or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Audit/Economics;
Job Experience:
• At least 3 years of progressive work experience in a multinational manufacturing environment
• At least 1 year’s experience with costing (actual and standard costing) in a manufacturing organization
Knowledge and Skills
• Good at spoken and written English
• Experience with ERP (D365 Microsoft/Oracle/SAP),
• Mature operation skills of Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.);
• Well communication skills within multi-national;
• Strong interpersonal.
