Accountant

● Account reconciliation: AR, AP, Fixed asset, bank…
● Other tasks assigned by the Chief accountant.
● Assist Chief accountant with performing month-end closing work and preparing monthly, yearly financial statements
● Ensures compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards, local law and internal policy
● Assist with accounting bookkeeping and data entry for US, Denmark entities.
● In charge of taxes calculation & declaration (VAT, FCT, PIT..) and other relevant taxes matters, prepare supporting documents for input VAT refunded
● Prepare accounting entries to ensure all daily transactions are recorded accurately and timely in the system including offset transactions and accrual transactions.
● Liaise with internal departments and external parties such as banks, accounting service firm, auditors, tax authorities and relevant government organizations related to finance and accounting matters.
● Responsible for payment to employees/vendors/authorities.

● At least 2 years working experience as a general accountant or tax accountant
● Bachelor in Accounting, Finance or related field
(experience in the IT industry is preferred).
● Integrity, careful, patient, having a high sense of responsibility in work
● Good at English is required
● Good knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards, IFRS and the prevailing tax regulations
● Familiar with Google Workspace is a big plus
● Good analytical thinking
