Accounting And Finance

• Plan, execute and maintain financial processes in company.


• Cash management and cashflow forecasting.


• Prepare ALL required financial statements (eg. P/L, cashflow, ledger, transaction reports, balance sheet, forecasts, etc)


• Control expenses and check quotations.


• Liaise with outsourced accounting company regarding tax reporting, financial reports, audit etc (eg. Coordinate, communicate, monitor & manage their performance and accounting/financial report...)


• Company book-keeping.


• Calculate and make salary and commission payouts.


• Manage all other financial issues.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in related accounting or finance position.


• Skills: Good knowledge on Vietnamese or International accounting practices (eg. tax reporting, management accounting, financial analysis, etc)


• Computer skills: Excellent in ms excel, Good in ms word


• Language: Good spoken and written English/Vietnamese


• Character: Well-organized in work and attention to detail


• Attitude: Self-motivated to work well (eg. willingness to keep improving self and work, etc), Result orientated (eg. finish work on time and with good standard, etc), Good initiative (eg. will contribute ideas and think of solutions to handle problems or improve procedures, etc), Professional (eg. Constantly feedback to bosses on status of work, communicate clearly issues to colleagues, able to handle personal and work problems rationally with maturity, etc)


• Require degree in accounting and relevant work experience.
