Accounting Manager

DEPARTMENT:Finance Dept.
REPORTING TO:Finance Manager - Vietnam
•Review and assess the operation processes and internal controls of the Crown plants in Vietnam and provide regular feedback to the Financial Controller - Vietnam regarding the adequacy and effectiveness of the internal controls
•Identify, propose, and implement appropriate solutions to strengthen the internal controls.
•Lead, develop and conduct accounting analyses
•Review and analyze financial reports
•Project work and other work as assigned
•Effective operations of the accounting & reporting, taxation, credit control and collection, cash flow management and treasury, risk management functions;
•Actively participate and provide business analysis and recommendations in periodic management reviews for business opportunities/improvements projects;
•Ensure that legal, audit and compliance policies are met;
•Ensure satisfactory implementation of skills development programs for key staff members;
