Accounting Manager

- Co-ordination of monthly and annual stock takes and prepare audit reports to verify stock
- Maintain records in safe and confidential manner so that integrity of all financial transactions is preserved
- Creditors and debtors control
- Ensure that the finance is managed and controlled in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company policies
- Manage company’s current and fixed assets.
- Monitor cash flow
- Generate and follow up on debit notes
- Check all the first contracts with other party to ensure it’s terms are conformable with responsibility of each party
- Negotiate terms of payment with local creditors
- Continuous and efficient management of the plant to maximize return on investments, achieve sound growth and profitability
- Recommend to the Board of Management on investments for future technology needs, modernization and expansion
- Preparation of cash forecast with actual and report on variances
- Direct the accounting functions of the company
- Investigate, recommend & initiate any area for cost reduction
- Oversee the Company’s financial status, its liquidity and cash flows, and the security of its assets
- Maintain all internal financial control & observe all internal controls closely to eliminate any possibility of fraud or other irregularities

- 03 - 05 years&039; experience in similar position.
- Required skills:
Highly computer literate in accounting packages
Fluency in English
Financial S/W packages, Communication Skill
Analytical Skill
Ability to work independently
- Qualification: Accounting and Finance University graduated. ACCA certificate is advantage
