Accounting Manager (Logistics) - Up to 1500$

We are looking for candidates to hold the position of Deputy Head of Accounting Department with details as below:
- Preside overprinting, sign dozens of books and documents and storing them according to regulations.
- Review and check accounting terms, the balance between detailed and general data.
- Provide guidance on accounting operations for subordinates. Train/urge/support employees to complete their work effectively.
- Control debt with customers/suppliers
- Set up and update accounting data on FMS software
- Consolidate accounting data on financial statements and other reports at the request of the Accounting Manager
- Negotiate optimal transactions with banks/financial leasing institutions.
- Propose the accounting method improvement. Control costs and prevent waste, propose solutions to improve operational efficiency for the Company.
- Participate in tax finalization when required.
- Supervise and advise the Accounting Manager/ BOD in the observance of the charter, resolutions, and decisions of the BOD
- Calculate Sales KPI

* Qualification
- Certified Chief Accountant
- Qualification: Graduated from Academy of Finance or Faculty of Accounting from Universities of Economics (Regular System)
*Experience
- At least 03 years of experience in the position of Chief Accountant or Deputy Accounting Department in medium and large-sized companies in the field of logistics, import and export
*Skills
- Able to work under high pressure and good teamwork.
- Proficient in using office computer software, accounting software such as Misa and FMS
- Experience in managing more than ten employees
- Knowledge of current accounting and tax laws.
* Requirement:
- 25 - 40 years old
- Desire to stick to the Company for a long time
- Toeic certificate 450 points or more or equivalent level
