Accounting Manager - Supersports

Identify new metrics to drive business performance relative to strategic priorities while minimizing risk. Execute accurate reporting, enabling yourself to analyse options and make financial recommendations. Drive value within the business through margin enhancement, lowering costs and driving operational efficiencies.
Cash Flow Management:

Create additional analyses and reports as requested by management.
Prepare and maintain cash flow report for both actual & forecast on monthly basis.
Manage the capital budgeting process, based on constraint analysis and discounted cash flow analysis.
Be able to control the sufficient cashflow for the business operation & alert the management at the early stage if have cash shortage

Balance Sheet Management:

Reconcile each Balance Sheet items at the detail level & ensure the clean, clear & transparent for each GL account.
Proactively take action & follow up with FAST to maintain a proper Balance Sheet report on monthly basis.
Establishes system controls for financial systems and develops procedures to improve existing systems.
Engage in ongoing cost reduction analyses in all areas of the company.
Analyse & control the Balance Sheet

FAST transactions related:

Improve the current processes with FAST
Support Depts with payment issues with FAST.
Lead all discussion related to FAST

Highly committed, passion, well organized, pro-active, integrity, detailed and persevere.
Management position in a diverse accounting environment.
Good leadership and influent skills.
Broad understanding of business functions and ERP system.
Competent in office computer skills.
Fluent in English speaking & writing skills.
Practical experiences in Cashflow, Balance Sheet, Budgeting, Accounting, Forecasting, and reporting in Trading companies.
