Accounting Officer (Aeon Mall Tan Phu - 244)

Because of business expanding, we are in need of recruiting 01 Accounting Officer (Aeon Mall Tan Phu Celadon).

+ Work location: Aeon Mall Tan Phu Celadon
+ Report to: Deputy Manager/ Manager
+ Working time: 5 days/week, work in shift ((1 - 2 afternoon shifts (13:30 PM - 22:30 PM) per week)
Regularly check to ensure company regulations and procedures are enforced; (5%)
Ensure tenant payment be paid in full as a timeline; (5%)
Monthly calculate tenant’s fee (twice per month); (20%)
Be responsible for documents related to changes of tenancy agreement such as notification, termination, liquidation…; (5%)
Daily check revenue figures and update into the system, return Daily Sales report to tenants after crosschecking with system data (bank); (30%)
Upload & keep updated tenant’s info (tenant company, rent,…) in the system; (10%)
Solve problems relating to the operation of tenants like refund cards, cash machine faults, credit machine errors…; (15%)
Deliver periodical reports as accounting regulations and requirements from Management. (5%)

Good Negotiation and Data analyzing skills.
Good at Microsoft Office (Especially Excel);
Good communication in English and Vietnamese;
Bachelor degree;
Candidates who have 1 – 2 years of experience in the relevant field is an advantage. Fresh candidates are also acceptable and trained;
