Accounting Staff

- Receive invoices from Operation team, check invoices for information accuracy and sufficiency
- Check the matching between invoices and data in accounting software (FAST and SAP)
- Update invoices for VAT declaration monthly
- Follow up APs , Keep all APs are under controlled: transaction are recognized accordance with contracts, company policies, payments are processed on due, all suppliers requirements are responded and followed up…
- AP balance reconciliation with Suppliers Quarterly , Yearly or on request
- Input the data to Fast accounting software and G1 – Forwarding system
- Some admin work and HR duty (If any)
- Assistant to General Director in some case
- Work with oversea customer/visitor when they visit company in Vietnam
- Other duties as assignment

- Experience: 1 to 2 years, experience in logistics firm is one of advantage
- University Degree with Major in Accounting, Auditing, Finance
- High English skill is preferable
- Hard working and high responsibility
- Good collaboration and multitasking skills
- Honest, active, high discipline
- Good at planning/organizing and time management
- Sufficient computer literacy (Microsoft Word/Excel/Power-point)
- Good communication skills
